Fresh Tracks uses ‘Belbin Team Roles’ to develop teams but what are they? For this months video blog actor Andy Taylor explains.

A Belbin team role as defined by Dr Meredith Belbin is: “a tendency to behave, contribute and interrelate with others in a particular way.”
