Team Analysis Diagnostics

Our team analysis sessions aim to help individuals, teams and organisations identify effective ways of moving forward, developing the team and highlighting key areas of strength upon which to build.

One of our Fresh Tracks facilitators will liaise with the team leader or senior contact in advance of the team diagnostics session to establish main issues for discussion, the background to the group or organisation, and what the plans are for the future. As part of the team analysis, we will work through a series of diagnostic tools to establish a set of steps and/or develop a programme that will help the team achieve its objectives. 

In depth analysis of team structure

Our sessions are usually discussion-based although team diagnostics assessment tools like Colorvote, Belbin Team Roles or Strength Deployment Inventory may be used to identify areas of consensus or disagreement, or to establish key strengths and attitudinal behaviours within the group. This works particularly well for a business team analysis.

These company diagnostic consultations will be tailored to meet the client's exact needs and can address issues at senior board level, help integrate new joiners or look at developing creative strategies for the future. Our programs provide an in depth analysis of team structure to help your business move forward.
