Our diagnostic sessions aim to help individuals, teams and
organisations identify effective ways of moving forward, developing
the team and highlighting key areas of strength upon which
to build.
One of our Fresh Tracks facilitators will liaise with the
team leader or senior contact in advance of the consultation
session to establish main issues for discussion, the background
to the group or organisation, and what the plans are for the
future. At the session, we will work through a series of diagnostic
tools to establish a set of steps and/or develop a programme
that will help the team achieve its objectives.
Our sessions are usually discussion-based although diagnostic
tools like Colorvote
or SDI (Strength
Deployment Inventory) may be used to identify areas
of consensus or disagreement, or to establish key strengths
and attitudinal behaviours within the group.
These sessions will be tailored to meet the client's exact
needs and can address issues at senior board level, help integrate
new joiners or look at developing creative strategies for
the future.
