organisations since 1992. We focus on supplying your team or organisation
with a programme that benefits your staff, helps them recognise their
(and others') strengths, and keeps them motivated - all within a relaxed
and fun environment.
Why we are different from other companies
First, our facilitators and programme organisers will help to clarify your needs and objectives so that we can design a programme to meet those needs - within your budget, to your timescale and at a location that suits you. From then on it's our job to make sure all the pieces fall into place. Whether you need conference organisers for a staff conference for 1,000 delegates or a team building day for a group of 12 - or anything in between - as one of the most creative event companies Fresh Tracks use their years of experience to advise on the ideal activities for your event. We can also help to find the ideal venue and will liaise with them from the very start - from catering and accommodation to room layout/decoration and AV equipment. Once your programme is agreed, you will be provided with a detailed schedule of your programme and on the day, our professional, trained activity staff will be on site to offer corporate event services to manage the programme and assist delegates where necessary. All kit and equipment is provided by us, plus we offer emergency first aid support and are covered by £5million public liability insurance - all you need to bring is yourselves!
The active nature of our training turns theories into practice so that lessons learnt on a Fresh Tracks course can be put to work the very next day. We offer facilitators as independent and impartial guides who will use our team building activities to demonstrate how the activities relate to your organisation and current challenges, and suggest longer term workplace strategies to add value to any team event. Psychometric and team profiling tools such as the SDI (Strength Deployment Inventory) and Belbin are offered to highlight strengths and how these contribute to your team.
