Fresh Tracks

A client’s view of a Fresh Away Day

September 30, 2013

We were thrilled earlier this year when we received a call from Comic Relief asking if we could help with their Operations Team Away Day.

Comic Relief Team Away Day

Fresh Tracks were proud to help with Comic Relief's Team Away Day

We’ve always been especially supportive of Comic Relief as their somewhat radical approach of combining laughter with alleviating poverty is similarly non-conformist to our goal of combining play with learning.  Consequently we leapt at the chance to facilitate their away day.

Here’s what they had to say about their time with us:

“Fresh Tracks managed something quite unbelievable. They pulled together a fabulous day that inspired such a diverse range of staff members; from IT wizzes to HR personnel, each one found the day to be very educational in such a creative manner, working with staff they have never even met before, allowing everyone to pull out their creative and strategic hats, which some admitted they didn’t even know they had! We packed in so much yet it didn’t feel rushed and the lessons learned we are able to apply to our daily work.  Dan tailored the day to what we wanted and his professional and fun attitude made everyone feel comfortable and in the right mood. I would highly recommend Fresh Tracks and hope that we can work with them again.”

“Your efforts in making each activity meaningful yet great fun were not missed by our staff – they recognised great facilitators and were very grateful for the outcomes and the chocolate.”

“I have had very positive feedback and you really did hit the mark for us.  The tone, content and value of the day was exactly what I wanted.”

This feedback is all the more meaningful because we know that this team’s work really makes the world a better place. We are immensely proud to have played a small part in helping them on their way.
