Conference fillers are individual activities or sessions intended to complement your conference programme with a range of creative, mental or physical team activities.

Whether we're organising your entire conference, or just providing content for a couple of sessions during the day, we have lots of suggestions for conference fillers.

These can be anything from 15-minute icebreakers, through to half-day team exercises. Old favourites such as clay pigeon shooting still work well, as does our ever-popular Chocolate Challenge. Colorvote - a tailor-made online survey in which the opinions of individual team members are canvassed on key issues.

Black Cab Chase - navigate around the streets with the aim of completing the circuit, solving clues and photographic challenges in the shortest time possible. Encourages planning, time-keeping, problem solving and observational skills.

Go FAR - to inspire all who participate to find ways of making their work fun whilst developing a positive attitude to their job, colleagues and wider role within the organisation.

Beats Working - participants work with drum and music coaches to produce an original piece of music within a tight timeframe. Encourages creativity and confidence in just about everyone.

Motivational Speakers - an electrifying, entertaining and thought-provoking presentation from a professional speaker will add huge value to your conference.

Human Table Football - a fast and frantic version of the tabletop game within an inflatable pitch.

Facilitation - a trained facilitator can help you get the most from your conference by working with the team and reviewing sessions or activities.
