Conference Management on the day

In addition to managing the development of the programme in advance of your event, we can also manage the minute-by-minute timetable for you on the day. This conference management option leaves you free to enjoy the day and get as much benefit from the staff conference as possible.

Take advantage of our corporate event management whether it's providing a master of ceremonies to oversee the programme, or a facilitator to review the sessions and tease out key messages, or a crew of experienced event managers to run the individual activities and oversee everything from registration to AV and the catering, we can provide as much or as little as you want on the day.

Conference Management Facts & Figures

Pre programme event management fees: In the run-up to your conference our fees are based on a per day cost of £250 + VAT
Costs on the day: fees are based on facilitation rates of £1050 + VAT for a half day or £1900 + VAT for a full day; MC and other events staff charged as required.
Staff travel: charged at 40p per mile
Staff accommodation: at cost as required
