The venue plays a huge role in the success of the staff conference, so finding something that is just right - not just in terms of look and feel but also location and cost - is hugely important. And looking to find conference venues can cost you man-hours you just don't have.
Our conference venue finding service will consider a range of venue options for you and put together a list of the most appropriate. These could be anything from sports halls or community centres, to standard conference and hotel venues through to something a bit more imaginative such as castles, ships, theme parks, a woodland retreat or a seaside resort. Not only does it have to fall within your budget, but it will also be key to the overall impression of your conference and should therefore convey the right message.
During our conference venue sourcing process we will get details of the best rates and secure provisional bookings to give you a chance to consider your options. We can also arrange a site visit as required.
Once you have made your final choice, we will then continue to make all the venue arrangements on your behalf, including sorting out the layout, access, AV, catering and booking accommodation as required.
Alternatively, we are happy to work on an informal basis with a venue that you have booked.
Reserch fees: In most cases, we do not charge for
researching and checking venue availability and for arranging
a booking at your chosen venue.
Venue fees: Costs for the venue itself range from room hire only, through to a residential package including accommodation and all catering. Prices vary hugely depending on the type of venue and number of participants.
