Corporate Social Responsibility: Community Project

In a recent survey 64% of respondents claimed that they disagreed with what their company stood for!

At last corporate leaders are recognising that, like it or not, businesses have personalities too. And some of our biggest employers have few friends.

Corporate Social Responsibility has been a hot topic in boardrooms up and down the land for a few years and forward-thinking companies are keen to do their bit for the community.

Team building programmes present an excellent opportunity to 'give something back' whilst also getting a healthy return on investment as staff explore their own values at the same time as transforming a community facility.

This is nothing new for Fresh Tracks. Since our inception in 1991 we have worked to a mission of 'Wealth creation for distribution'. Along the way we have made friends with a number of social enterprises that build homes for the homeless, playgrounds for the young and havens for wildlife.

The likes of Coca Cola and Rank Hovis McDougall have helped make a difference along the way, transforming scout camps, community centres and run-down houses into inspiring places, which in turn transform communities.

Programme
We will link you with an appropriate project that will enable you to work effectively as a team as you contribute to a community resource.

Projects can be indoor or outdoor and can involve refurbishment, environmental, social, entertainment, conservation or other work.

On the day our event managers will work with you to manage the schedule, allocating equipment, tasks and resources as required and overseeing the progress of your project. Regular reviews and de-briefs ensure that learning opportunities are identified as skills and strengths within the group are highlighted.

Location: Projects across the UK
Dress: Casual or outdoor wear
Investment: Approx. £100 + VAT per participant depending on type of project. POA for large groups. We would normally charge a research fee to look at community and charity projects in your area.

We understand that when a team has fun, it becomes more effective and relationships grow stronger. Fresh Tracks bridge the gap between traditional classroom based team training and more physical outdoor team building experiences.
