NEWS FLASH: BBC News Talks About Benefits of Team Building
This morning the BBC News Team reviewed a cooking team building event , which some of their team had experienced. The participants came to the conclusion that this was a fun and productive event, where they learnt about their individual strengths and weaknesses and got to see a different, more social side, of their colleagues. Professor Cary Cooper, who was also interviewed, advised that to benefit them long term the team would need to review how they worked together on the event and translate that behaviour back to the work environment, facilitation can add huge value to this process.
