This workshop-based programme aims to identify and develop
key entrepreneurial traits and to allow individuals to capitalise
on skills, strengths and characteristics to help them progress
in their career and move their organisation forward.
The session starts with an examination of what the key characteristics
of an entrepreneurial leader might be before moving on to
a profile of attendees and a look at the environments in which
they work. Individuals will be asked to personal goals and
identify specific opportunities in detailed discussion sessions,
which may include psychometrics to help clarify individual
traits and strengths.
This small workshop (maximum of 12 participants) is then
followed up a short time later with a 1:1 coaching session
to help put into practice key learning points from the day.
This session is usually discussion-based although diagnostic
tools like Colorvote
or SDI
(Strength Deployment
Inventory) may also be used.
