Please find below brief details of some of our most popular team building programmes, all of which would work well as fun and informal sessions for groups using etc venues in London, Birmingham or around the country. All of our programmes are bespoke, so please contact Fresh Tracks for details of how any of these activities can be tailored for an individual client group.(please note that the activity costs do not include venue and catering):
The Chocolate Challenge
A
hugely fun challenge in which teams create their own box of chocolates
from a selection of ingredients in an indoor programme that simulates
business processes in a light hearted and highly creative environment.
Activities can include piping names on chef's hats (in chocolate of course)
as they work towards creating branded boxes of individual delights! Each
aspect can be reviewed to draw out parallels with day to day working life.
Cost: £1500 + VAT for up to 16 participants; £50 to £95 + VAT
per additional participant dependent on group size.
Timings: Half day activity for any size of group.
The Team Machine
A
high-energy, large-scale team exercise requiring co-operation across the
whole group to achieve a common goal. Teams create individual mechanisms
that, when combined with others in the correct sequence trigger a chain
reaction to create an explosive finale! The Team Machine demonstrates
the hidden value of co-operation and the danger of unnecessary rivalry
between teams that serve the same organisation.
Cost: £1500 + VAT for up to 16 participants; £50 to £95 + VAT
per additional participant dependent on group size.
Timings: Half day activity for groups of up to 100.
Lights, Camera, Action!
A
fun way for teams to think and work together creatively as they come up
with ideas for a short film. Once teams have put together a storyboard
they then work with digital cameras and editing software, and with the
help of a fun prop box, to create a film that will be screened at the
end of the session.
Cost: £1650 + VAT for up to 14 participants; £85 to £125 +
VAT per additional participant dependent on group size.
Timings: Half day activity for any size of group.
Go FAR!
A
fully facilitated session based on lively mental, creative and competitive
challenges to focus on the themes of Fun, Attitude and Relationships.
The programme starts with a motivational film with examples of positive
teamwork in action. Discussions look at how these examples can be applied
to the group’s own day-to-day work before the session ends with an action
plan to take back to the office.
Cost: £2500 + VAT for up to 34 participants; £55 to £75 + VAT
per additional participant dependent on group size.
Timings: Half day activity for any size of group.
Black Cab Chase
A
great way to see the sights! Black cabs meet the group at their etc venue
to take them on a tour of the city. Each team is allocated to their cab
with a list of scavenger items to collect, pictures to take with Polaroid
cameras, and a range of clues and puzzles to solve as they work with their
cabbie to navigate the city’s streets and be back before the deadline.
The activity closes with a lively session in which answers and points
are given to produce a winning team. NB: outside London, this activity
can be run in chauffered vehicles rather than black cabs.
Cost: £1800 + VAT for up to 14 participants; £100 to £130 +
VAT per additional participant dependent on group size.
Timings: Half day activity for any size of group.
Treasure Hunt Challenge
A fun and varied activity based on an on-foot treasure hunt around the grounds of their etc venue and surrounding area, this session requires teams to work together using a number of different skills to solve clues, collect a range of items, take photographs and attempt various mental puzzles. At the close of the session, all teams come together to mark their treasure hunt answers in a lively and fun conclusion to the activity.
Cost: £1200 + VAT for up to 20 participants; £55 to £60 + VAT
per additional participant dependent on group size.
Timings: Half day activity for any size of group.
