Why should we use Fresh Tracks?
We pride ourselves on providing events that will motivate your staff in a fun and relaxed environment. All of our staff are professionally trained and will do their utmost to guarantee that your event is a success – from the event co-ordinators in the office prior to the event to your event staff with you on the day. Our aim is to ensure that your needs are met and we do everything we can to guarantee this happens.

Where do Fresh Tracks events take place? Fresh Tracks will travel anywhere in the UK or overseas to run an event for you and - if you have suitable space - this includes your office. If you have a hotel or conference centre booked, just let us know and we will liaise with them on room layout and audio-visual equipment, etc. Fresh Tracks will provide all the kit and equipment required for your event.

Are Fresh Tracks able to provide a venue? If you do not have a venue booked, we are very happy to find and book one for you. We have special rates at hotels and conference centres around the country and will find a location to suit your budget and taste, including overnight accommodation if required.

What about insurance?
No need to worry as Fresh Tracks has public liability insurance cover of £5 million and all our activities are included within this policy. We are also happy to provide risk assessments on any programme we develop for your organisation.

How much will it cost?
Our programmes are competitively priced and costs include full programme design and leadership as well as all equipment and event management on the day. Prices start from around £50 per head for a 2-3 hour activity, up to around £250 per head for some of the more elaborate full day events. If you have a limited budget, we will always try to find something to fit, even if this means re-thinking some of our popular challenges and activities. We will usually be able to reduce the cost per activity if your event includes more than one Fresh Tracks programme. Our costs exclude VAT, venue hire/catering and any facilitation.

What is "facilitation"?
We can supply experienced facilitators to moderate your programme, or you can choose a package that includes just straighforward event management. Our activities are designed to be run as stand-alone exercises run by our event managers, or as part of a fully facilitated programme. When a programme is designed to be facilitated a Fresh Tracks facilitatorwill talk to the team leader to discuss in some detail the day's objectives and possible follow-up requirements. On the day the facilitatorwill then lead participants through discussion and evaluation sessions designed to address or resolve particular issues or objectives. We’re looking for a residential team building event – can you help?
We can. We work closely with a number of reputable venues throughout the UK and we can arrange everything for you – from suggesting and liaising with a venue suitable for your requirements, to arranging transport, accommodation and catering for the delegates and, of course, putting together a tailored programme specifically for your group. We will be there to greet you and ensure any problems that may arise are dealt with quickly and smoothly.

We’ve never done anything like this before – where do we start?
With our years of experience in arranging events we will suggest a bespoke programme for you, a suitable venue, follow-up sessions, etc. Even if you only have the most basic of information we will work with you to ensure that your requirements are met and that your event is a success. All you need to do is give us a call and speak to one of our event managers or co-ordinators and they will be happy to talk you through the process.

We need something different – what can you offer?
We pride ourselves on being innovative, so if you want something completely different from the normal team building event, we’re the people to ask. We will suggest a bespoke event for your team and work closely with you in creating a programme to ensure your requirements are met.

We need a programme concentrating on a specific area of team building – how can you help us?
Most of our activities are such that they can be tailored to concentrate on a specific area(s) of team building – such as motivation, communication, leadership, organisation, trust, discovery, performance, teamwork. Working with one of our event managers we will ensure that your programme fits.

We want to make a provisional booking – what deposit do you require?
We don’t require a deposit for a provisional booking. We will provisionally book dates/venues for you and hold these for up to two weeks – this doesn’t commit you to anything and we will keep in touch with you to ensure that we know when the dates are confirmed.

How do we pay for our event?
We will invoice you once we have a signed Booking Agreement. Payment is required five working days before your event is due to take place and we accept payment by cheque, BACs or credit card.

How do we make a booking?
If you know which activity you’re interested in and have confirmed dates, numbers, venue etc then just give us a call and we’ll do the rest for you. Once you’ve signed a Booking Agreement with us the event is confirmed – and we can liaise with the venue to advise on room layout, AV equipment, etc if you prefer.

What if we have to postpone or cancel our booking?
In the unfortunate event that you cancel or reduce your numbers, cancellation fees will be charged and details are provided when we send our Booking Agreement. If the event is re-booked within three months of the original event start date, the cancellation fee already paid may be deducted from the costs of the re-booked event, less any administrative, accommodation or other cancellation charges incurred by us on your behalf.

What do we need to bring with us to one of your events?
Yourselves! We provide all the kit and equipment, professionally trained event staff, any specialist clothing you may require (whether it be gloves and helmets for quad biking or dressing up clothes for a Space Hopper race!). Depending upon the time of year we may advise wearing additional layers if you’re going to be outside. Similarly, we may suggest wearing casual clothing rather than a suit, or bringing waterproofs/sun lotion if you’re going to be outside.
