Title: All Tied Up

Overview: A fun, gentle physical introductory activity that encourages teams to break down barriers and work together to solve the problem. Ensures that all participants are involved.
Title: Blind Wine Waiter
Participants: 6- 60
Timing: 30 mins
Overview: Teams work together, with the hinderance of blindfolds on some, to serve the wine within a set time.
Title: Bonding Belt
Participants: 6- 60
Timing: 15 - 30 mins
Overview: A hilarious illustration of teamwork in which teams are literally bonded together while they compete with other teams to complete their tasks.
Title: Egg Drop
Participants: 6 - 50
Timing: 15 - 30 mins
Overview: Teams are given limited mateirals and asked to make a structure to prevent a raw egg from breaking when it is dropped from a certain height. Extra points for creativity!
Title: Frost Bite
Participants: 6 - 30
Timing: 45 - 60 mins
Overview: A scenario-based challenge which requires teams (who in this scenario are Arctic explorers caught in bad weather) to work together to overcome a range of physical constraints and acheive their goal.
Title: Rings A Bell
Participants: 6 - 100
Timing: 15 mins
Overview: A simple and fun activity, ideal as an icebreaker or discussion starter. A good way of ensuring that all mobile phones are switched off at the start of a meeting.
Title: Silence
Participants: 5- 500
Timing: 15 mins
Overview: This icebreaker aims to focus attention and to dissipate nervous tension at the start of a presentation, meeting or training session.
Title: Spaghetti Tower
Participants: 6 - 50
Timing: 15 - 30 mins
Overview: Small teams are asked to build the tallest, most cost-effective,
free-standing tower using only limited ingredients within the set time
limit.
