Team building artistry

Working in small teams, the group is given access to all the tools and equipment they need to create a masterpiece. Each team will work on a separate part of the piece, requiring communication, co-operation and exchange of ideas and information throughout the session. We start with an exercise focusing on communication and creativity before an introduction to the range of materials and media available. Teams have to use artistic and creative skills to produce their part of the artwork, as well as communicating and negotiating with the other teams to put the finished product together. At the end of the session the finished product will be displayed

Your team building art programme will include:

Team building art exercises; working with a variety of painting media; putting together the completed sections to form a final masterpiece.

While this artistic team building activity will produce great benefit on its own, we recommend a facilitator to achieve best results.

Programme details

Duration: Normally half a day but can be combined with other challenges to make a full day programme.
Location: Selected venues throughout the UK and overseas
Dress: Casual wear (aprons will be provided)
Investment: Approx. £1750 + VAT for a group of up to 12 participants; £100 + VAT per additional participant. Contact us for prices for large groups.
