Fresh Tracks provides team building activities that inspire, motivate and challenge and lead to better communication, increased trust and greater team spirit.
You might choose a race around city streets solving clues, visiting the sights and taking photographs in one of our Team Treasure Hunts; or you may prefer to stay indoors getting creative with our Chocolate Challenge (as seen on BBC TV’s ‘Apprentice’). If you want to ‘give something back’ why not create some hand made wooden toys for disadvantaged children with our ‘Toy Factory,’ a tremendous way to combine learning with CSR (Corporate Social Responsibility).

Chocolate Challenge
We invented this tasty team building activity back in the mid 1990s, since then groups from 5 to 500 have created numerous brands of boxed chocolates.
- The team building event that the weather can’t spoil
- Gets the creative juices flowing
- Simulates real business processes in a light hearted environment
- Requires co-operation, mental and artistic skills
- Unlimited taste testing!
Typically lasting for half a day, teams get to create a brand, construct the packaging and produce the chocolates. If time allows the teams can present their marketing plans in a Dragons’ Den style pitch, accompanied by their own TV commercial.

Olympic Team Building – The 2012 Office Games
As one of the world’s greatest team events reaches London it presents a great opportunity to raise morale, build relationships and work towards peak performance in your team.
- Physical, creative and mental team exercises so that everyone gets to excel

The 2012 Office Games has been created to instil Olympic qualities in your team whilst having fun and celebrating London’s Olympic and Paralympic Games.
The Team Machine
Collaboration is the name of the game as up to 10 groups each work to build a giant mechanical sculpture that must then be positioned amongst the nine other devices to create a chain reaction.
- Sculptures represent familiar devices such as a see saw, helter-skelter and pirate ship.
- Stage by stage instructions guide the teams through the process
- Simple fastenings mean that no tools are required
- The exercise dramatically demonstrates the consequences of ‘silo working’
- Co-operation and cross-team communication leads to success
This remarkably flexible team exercise can take as little as 90 minutes or it can be expanded with additional challenges and facilitated reviews to fill a whole day.
Toy Factory
In response to requests to combine team building with CSR (Corporate Social Responsibility) we’ve created the Toy Factory, a team activity that makes a difference not just to the team but also to disadvantaged children.
- The finished products are donated to children’s hospitals, charities or orphanages.
- The exercise explores the importance of play as an aid to learning and team building.
- Quality, efficiency and team working are key behaviours.
- The production process can powerfully illustrate features of lean six sigma.
- An excellent activity to introduce a debate around corporate ethics.
The Toy Factory is suited to small or large groups and can be run in standard conference room, anywhere in the world either as a two to three hour event or a series of meeting energisers.
Lights, Camera, Action!
Making a movie can be a daunting undertaking. However, with a combination of modern technology and teamwork this film making project can be achieved in as little as two hours.

Treasure Hunt Challenge
Wherever you find your team in the world we can provide a treasure hunt that will show you the sights on foot, in a taxi, on a bus or riding a Segway. And our treasure hunts are about so much more than sightseeing.
