At Fresh Tracks we offer a wide variety of team building exercises suitable for large and small teams. The exercises require a mix of logical, creative, physical and artistic skills so that all team members have an opportunity to excel and the team as a whole develops an appreciation of the breadth of their strengths.

Hundreds of team building exercises
With over 500 corporate team building exercises on our files there are few business issues for which we cannot design a parallel task. Whilst many of these competitive team exercises work particularly well out of doors, several are equally well suited to the indoor environment, whether that be a conference room, barn or aircraft hangar.
Typically each team exercise can last for between 15 and 45 minutes, normally followed by a facilitated review. Some of the fun team building exercises are designed to break the ice and therefore work well at the beginning of an event whilst others work on key skills such as trust, leadership, problem solving and communication.
On occasions the experiential learning from simply taking part in these tasks is sufficient. More often the learning can be greater if a facilitator is used.to draw out the lessons learned and apply those back to the team's behaviour back in the workplace

Investment: £1500 + VAT for a group of up to 12 participants;
from £55 - £95 per additional participant.
Facilitation: If required, facilitation is charged at
