Work with us

Our Office

Our main office site is a converted mill building in a small East Hertfordshire village. The Fresh Tracks office opens each day at 8.30am and because we have flexible working hours people are arriving up until around 10am. When it's busy, we're all flat out; when it's quieter, we'll head to the pub for a "team meeting".

We have a flexible holiday policy with no fixed amount of holiday- staff can take off time as or when they feel it necessary, which adds to the sense of freedom and choice about how and when we work. Additionally, everyone in the Fresh Tracks team is encouraged to contribute ideas for all areas of the business, whether it's to improve our day-to-day systems, or suggestions for new events or programmes.

Above all, the culture is one of empowerment and fun - no two days are the same and the variety of programmes, clients and services that we provide ensures that we don't get stuck in a rut.

To increase motivation and retain our core staff, we have regular staff meetings and one-to-one sessions as well as an annual away-day at which we practice what we preach and try to improve our teamwork. At the end of each financial year, depending on our results, we'll also go away somewhere - last year it was for lunch in Nice, the year before, skiing in the Alps.
