Our Latest Workshop: 20 Ways to Build a Better Team

September 21, 2010

Fresh Tracks have been in the business of building better teams for over 19 years and in that time there are certain messages – about the range of skills that are required for a great team to succeed, and the importance of communication and trust – that are often repeated.

Make sure you work as a team

We are sure that constant communication will make it into the top 20 list somewhere

However we all know there is a huge amount of collective wisdom out there and that we could all learn a lot by listening to each other’s experiences of creating and working with great teams.

So after the success of our last workshop, Creating Captivating Conferences, the next Fresh Tracks workshop will be about building better teams with examples drawn from our own expertise as well as from participants’ own experiences. The workshop, entitled 20 Ways to Build a Better Team, will be a half day session offering the opportunity to learn about the latest thinking in team development and to share best practice and ideas through a mixture of presentations and discussion. The closing session will highlight key learning points to generate an action plan – 20 Ways to Build a Better Team.

In addition we will be offering all participants a goodie bag containing a free copy of our latest book – “Teams, a short guide“, which looks at key factors in the creation and development of teams, as well as a free preview copy of our recent training film “innocent success” (RRP £699), which goes behind the scenes at the smoothie-maker innocent to look at some of the secrets of their success.

The workshop will take place in central London on Friday 26th November, starting with breakfast and closing with lunch. Further details will be available on our website shortly but if you would like further information or to book please contact Jane Mole at Fresh Tracks on 01920 822 220 or jane.mole@varndev.co.uk.
