Finding a team building event for a large department can be a challenge. The Activists want to run about while the Reflectors would rather observe. Pragmatists will ask ‘What’s the point of this?’ While Theorists might prefer to study and solve a complex puzzle.
We reckon we’ve developed a format that can please all of the people all of the time. We combine a variety of competitive team challenges to meet each participant’s preferred style, demonstrating that our differences can be the source of our success in a team.
Teams of 6 use their wits to solve conundrums and find their way to a series of practical team challenges. At each challenge they will compete against another team before moving on to the next challenge. All the while bonus points can be earned by successfully completing a book of puzzles requiring both analytical and lateral thinking.
Physical challenges are selected to suit the locations and the participants. In this World Cup year our Human Table Football pitch is especially popular, alternatively many of our team tasks can be run indoors or out.
All too often team building fails because the varied learning styles of those taking part hasn’t been taken into account. By blending fun with a wide spread of exercises, everyone gets the chance to excel without having to be as fit or as intellectual as their peers.
