We have many years’ experience supporting Whole Staff Conferences for Housing Associations, Healthcare Providers and not for profit organisations.
We appreciate that the staff within these organisations are hugely diverse in their skills, ages and backgrounds. Any staff conference must therefore be delivered in a way that ensures everyone feels comfortable and that anyone – regardless of seniority or experience – feels that the event has been worthwhile and that they can take a positive message away with them.
We have run fully managed staff conferences through to individual workshops. Our approach in developing these programmes is always to ensure that key messages are delivered and that objectives are realised within a fun, informal and non-threatening environment. The programme is developed as a result of several face-to-face meetings and discussions with the client to ensure that the end product is a highly tailored programme that meets the specific needs of the organisation. We like to be flexible, creative and innovative in developing our programmes and would welcome an opportunity to discuss further the range of ideas and possible activities that we could include in a successful conference.
