December 13, 2021

#Team building can be difficult to get buy-in for but if you incorporate it as part of your events, strategy meetings and team days out then you will quickly find that people get on board with it.

Here are 3 tips that you can use today to weave team building into your Christmas parties.

1. Incorporate teams as part of your Christmas quizzes

Christmas quizzes are a great option if you are looking for ways to incorporate team building and fun into your end of year Christmas parties and events. Having different rounds that need to be completed by different people will help you keep the quiz fresh and fun for everyone involved.d

2. Get people involved in your company strategy meeting

Getting people involved in your strategy meetings will help get buy-in from them when it comes to putting together plans for 2022. You can do this by asking for feedback, and joint decision making if any actions need taking. Whilst this is not a direct team building activity, giving people an idea of what they are working towards will help strengthen them as a team.

3. Weave in team-building elements to your treasure hunt

Treasure hunts are great if the weather is nice and you are looking for a way to get people out and about and socially distanced. If you incorporate team building elements you will be able to help people get use to working together, which is great if you are looking to build a robust and productive team in 2022.

So there you have it, three great elements to incorporate into your Christmas parties to get people mindful of team building. Always make sure you personalise the tasks to your organisation to ensure you get the best value possible for your workers.
